For example, if you identify yourself as a parent of a child with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), we may ask you to provide medical information such as the genetic mutation responsible for your child’s disorder. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Sarepta does not share personally identifiable information with any unaffiliated third party for such third party’s own marketing purposes. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and other information that does not identify any individual user, without restriction.

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates who are required to comply with this privacy policy.
  • To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
